Our Philosophy
Karamazou believes its edge is derived from a focus on building a global network of relationships. We apply a systematic, building block approach in providing private foundations solutions and developing children's projects in low income countries. Our core business is children's projects. We look at each piece of children's projects elements in the projects we undertake and we take care in managing the risk aspects of a specific project. Our strategic objective is to make sure the projects we finance, develop and manage have a direct positive impact on children's welfare.
Our Approach
At Karamazou we look at the global economy, social and political environment. Then we look at specific regions and countries and then the details related to developing projects that improve the lives of children, in areas such as; education, housing, health care, learning centers and food banks. We pay close attention to the fundamental characteristics of a specific project, in terms of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and management. Our project management also incorporates; project cost, risk management, task management, project constraints and project communication management.
